Hey there fellas !
Can anyone explain the principles of "frontloading" ? Does it really make a
serious difference ?
How should I "frontload" if i was to hit an 8 or 10-week cycle like 400mg Deca & 500mg Sust /week ? or 300mg Eq & 100mg(EOD) Winny ?

Frontloading allows longer acting esters to reach there peak/normal/stable (whatever you want to call it) blood levels in you quicker. If you search around you can find the mathematics behind it, I don't feel like explaining that when it is already posted. Usuall taking double the dosage the first week is a good Frontload.

OK so it is slow in work so I will attach a spread sheet to show it.
It is ugly but I dont care.
It is for a hypothetical drug with a 7day 1/2 life.
You can see that with front loading the blood levels get constant imediatedly after the first week were as with out it they take a while to get up to that level. Hope it helps.

No problem, it is ugly and isnt that nice but it was done quick and gets the job done. Maybe I will make a pretty one that is easier to follow tonight and post it for a nice reference. We will see.

Thanx, Pain. i really appreciate ur effort. I have 2 admit that ur graph is not easy 4 me 2 follow, but I clearly understand the idea.
If i should frontload an 8-week cycle that looks like 400mg Deca & 500mg Sust a week or 300mg Eq & 100mg(EOD) Winny a week, it would be 800mg Deca & 1000mg Sust on week1 then back to 400mg Deca & 500mg Sust a week for the rest of the cycle. 6OOmg Eq week1 then
back to 300mg/week.
Which brings me back to the second part of my question (i'm being a PAIN-IN-THE-ASS now! ;) ) : Does it seriously make a difference as far as gains are concerned ?
To put it differently: FRONTLOADING = MORE GAINS ?
