Hey guys, i finished up my last cycle about 4 weeks ago. My next cycle will be in Late June. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to me to take clen between the cycles. Would it help me preserve my gains? Any vets out there please weigh in on this. And if I should do the clen, what dosages should I take and for how long? I have never used it and have no idea on proper dosages. I am 5'11' 195 lbs and i have done 2 cycles. Thanks bros

It will help somewhat because it is anti-catabolic but it isn't a very powerful anti-catabolic so don't expect it to work miracles.
What dosages should i take?
100-140 mcg per day is the recomended dosage.... i am planning on doing the same thing between cycles... it is safe to take between cuz it does not matabolize into any estrogen and like the others said it is anti-catabolic so it will help you keep your gains. When you take it, you take two weeks on and two weeks off, because it become inaffective after about two weeks, with the ECA inbetween. I have also heard of people taking it one week on, one week off, but it seems more popular to do it two..... it will help you loose body fat while hopefully making you stronger if you train and eat correctly. Also, make sure you get legit shit
oh yeah.. you need to gradually get into it, because your body can do weird shit if you start with the reccomended dosage....
for .02mcg tabs
Week 1: 2,3,4,5,6,6,6
Week 2: 6,6,6,6,6,6,6
Take 2 weeks off and repeat.
for .04mcg tabs
Week 1: 1,1,2,2,3,3,3
Week 2: 3,3,3,3,3,3,3
Take 2 weeks off and repeat.
