Diet AND Cardio!!
Fian and winstrol along with diet and cardio
Fina at 75mg per day
Winnie at 100mg per day
Equip at 600mg per week
A good diet and Lots of cardio

I am also looking for a super cutting cycle. Will this work for me being 5'6", 160lbs and 16%bf? I am coming off an injury, that is why I am higher on BF, 6 months ago I was under 10%. Any help would be great guys.
