youre right, it really doesnt feel like anything when you penetrate. But depending on what youre injecting, it could feel like there's a golf ball in your bi a day later. -happens to me when i put enantat 250 in mine.

Waking up this morning with no problems, a little soreness nothting too bad, I am an automotive Technician so using alot of my arms is normal and i dont think i will have a problem at work today Go for the Bi's bros
