    Ozzy's Cycle

    Hey guys Ozzy helped me build a cycle like 1 month ago. Now I have all my gear and I just need a little help with post cycle therapy .

    Stats: 6 foot, 175 pounds, 14% body fat, I've been training for 4 years and it's really hard for me to gain quality muscle.

    I want to put on 20 pounds of muscle and get down to 10% body fat.

    Here is my cycle:

    Week 1-16: .5mg of liquidex ED
    Week 1-10: 500mg of Sust, shots split up Mon and Thurs
    Week 1-10: 400mg of EQ, shots split up Mon and Thurs
    Week 8-13: 50mg of winny every day
    Clomid start day after last winny tab: 300mg day 1
    100mg next 10 days
    50mg last 10 days

    I was wondering should I take Clen and or HCG at the end of my cycle. If so when and at what dosages????????

    and what is HCG?

    hcg is not needed for a 10 weeks cycle and clen is for cutting so both are different.

    I thought I could use the HCG to restore my natural test level and I thought I could use the Clen to help me get down do 10% body fat, I was more wondering weather or not the clen would work well in this cycle if I combined it with the winny.

    clen post cycle is a good idea because of it's anti-catabolic properties. It will also help you lose body fat but I wouldn't do too much cardio after a cycle.

    Cycle looks solid for first, but Sust should be shot at least EOD to utilize the prop effeciently.

    HCG is not needed IMO for that length of a cycle. Clomid should get you recovered fine.

    Like dizzle stated, Clen would be a nice addition to the end of your cycle but cardio should be cut down to around 2 maybe 3 times(20-30min MAX) a week since your test levels will be low for a little while afterwards.
