OK, I am about 220 lbs. of ripped muscle. The problem is that I weigh about 255. I last did a cycle about 2 years ago. After looking into it, it sounds to me like to put a bit of bulk on, and burn off a good amount of fat that DECA is the way to go. I know there are other products out there, but some of them sound a bit too risky to me. Anybody have any input?
Deca will not burn fat bro. Do a search on fat burners. Sounds to me like you just need to stick to a good diet and frequent cardio. Run a search on Clen or ECA bro but Deca is for mass gains. Maybe I read your question wrong but Deca is not the way to go.

OK, so I guess a better question would be will it premote fat loss. I understand its mainly to bulk up, and I plan on that too. But I was told it did help fat loss, but never found any evidence of that anywhere. Ill look into Clen and ECA.

Best way to go is to bulk first then cut post cycle or towards the end. Don't run the Deca alone either. I would throw some test in there. How old are you and what are your goals?

Im 28, I want to do sus 250 with it. My over all goal is to get to around 250, and have about half the body fat I have now.

You could do the sus and deca together in a cycle. I would run the sus250 at 500mg/wk and the deca at 400mg/wk. I had a bro run this for ten weeks for his first cycle and he gained like 20-25 pounds. I would bulk up now bro and then cut afterwards. It is up to you though.

You also might want to research fina. I had great results with it, losing fat and gaining muscle. Just another option.

Winny has proven fat metabolizing effects...I believe Rickson posted a study on it once, I did a quick search and couldn't find it, but it's on here somewhere.
