    Proposed Summer Cycle w/ Questions

    Finally laid it all out...

    Stats:
    21 y/o...5'8"...170 lbs...9.5% bf...Lifting 3 yrs

    Goals:
    Overall im looking to be extremely lean and vascular at about 185lbs with 7% bf by summers end
    So i guess i want a lean 15lbs here

    Cycle History:
    1.Test Enan @ 400mg/wk for 5 weeks
    Didnt have any clomid so i gained and lost 15 lbs just like that

    2.Winter Bulk Cycle just finished...
    TE @ 500mg/wk 10 wks
    Deca @ 400mg/wk 9 wks
    Nolva @ 10mg/ed
    Clomid Therapy
    Gained 25 lbs b4 clomid and holding 20 as of today

    Proposed cycle:
    1-8 Prop 75mg/ed (QV)
    1-8 Fina 75mg/ed (Homebrew)
    3-8 Winny 50mg/ed (Oral BD or Inj QV)
    Nolva & Bromo on hand
    Clomid therapy to end

    Diet:
    Bulked over winter at 4000 cals/ed (Pro-300/Carb-550/Fat-70gms/ed)
    This time around since i want leaner gains im thinking:
    Protein 275gms/ed (half solid meals and half shakes/bars)
    Carbs 200gms/ed (all complex except post wrkt)
    Fats 50gms/ed (shoot for efa's no saturated)
    1.5 gals water ed

    Supplementation:
    Multi Vitamin
    Multi Mineral
    B Complex
    Glutamine 20gms/ed (10 AM and 10 post wrkt)
    Prolab Lean Matrix Protein
    Lean Body Protein Bars

    Training:
    Mon-chest/tris
    Wen-back/bis
    Fri-legs/shoulders
    abs 3 days a week
    cardio 2 days a week (15 min sessions)

    Questions:
    1. Should i run Nolva the whole time or run ldex or arim? Nolva didnt do much for me during my bulk cycle (in terms of keeping bloat down).
    2. If i do run an anti e throughout what dosages? ldex @ .5 ed?
    3.How does my proposed diet look? Do i need to up the protein or carbs?
    4.How should i be training? I was doing HIT over winter but im thinking higher rep lower weight this time around? Or a mix routine?
    5. Do i need to run ALA or drink cran juice to protect my liver?
    6. Should i go with the oral or inj winny?
    7. Is that enough cardio to keep me lean or am i doing too much b/c solid muscle maintainance is my #1 priority this time around?

    Any opinions or suggestions are welcome!

    thats a good cutter cycle i'd also look on doing a clen & eca stack post cycle
    Run Lquidex its cheaper .5ml ed.. good luck getting it delivered in under
    a week
    go higher on the protein lower on the last 3 weeks carbs if you really plan on Shredding
    as for your training cardio cardio cardio. Higher reps lower weight exhaust the muscles
    run your milk thistle ... and ala cranberry pills are good to take aswell with all your daily vitamins etc.

    Looks good! Run the adex at a low dose like said above. As for training switch it up, variety is key to growth. I only hit 1 bodypart a day for now, then i'll switch up my routine every month or 2. I would also take about 2g's of ALA just to be safe. Up your cardio to doing it eod if not ed for 20-30 minutes.     Few Changes:

    Try and get inj winny as opposed to the tabs...

    Add another cardio session each week and extend them all past 15 mins...

    Go back to my 4 day a week training split ahd give legs their own day...

    Run the Ldex @ .25 mg/ed throughout...

    Get some ALA and run it at 2000mg/ed...

    And adjust cals:
    Pro - 340gms
    Carbs - 250gms
    Fat - 60gms

    What do you guys think of these alterations?

    this is what i would change....

    test prop 150mg eod (1-10)
    fina 75mg ed (2-10)
    var 40mg ed (2-10)

    i think youll get a better cut with the var...winny will work but var will do much better....as for your questions...Madmax

    1. run ldex at .5mg ed throughout your cycle, that will minimize bloat
    3. any oral or ala 17 you need to run liver proetectant....not with nolva and stuff but the steroid tabs....
    3. if you go with winny then i would suggest drinking it and buying the inject..
    4. id limit your cardio to 3 times per week, it hink thats sufficent
    5. switch your training up and run high reps lower weight
