    Starting new cycle

    Pretty soon Ill be starting sus 500 mg/week and winny 200 mg/week. I can't wait, this should really be an exciting cycle. Ill keep you all posted.

    This will be an 8 week cycle and yes it is my second cycle. I am 5'10, 225lbs 10% bf. I want to add some lean mass, get cut up and up my strength.

    might wanna consider extending the sust for 10-12 weeks. Then run the winny at 50mg ed for the last 6 (3 after last sust shot) then you could just start clomid the day after winny. just a thought

    symatechs got it right. i would run it like this:

    weeks 1-12 sust 500 mgs EW
    weeks 10-15 winnny 50 mgs ED

    clomid after last winny shot.

    See the ting is though I play arena league and I want to be off before the season starts. I also wanted to get faster that's why I picked winny.

    U wont be able to get the full benefit of the sust running it the way u suggested so i would reccomend a fast acting ester like prop instead with ur winny and then u could do an 8 weeker with winny for the last 6...
