Almost had a heart attack
well we all know how much we love LEG day
and I didnt have time to eat before workout [had 2 hours]
and argurment with gf didnt really help either, So i go on and pop 6 ephedrine tabs [25 mg each = 150 mg]
and then i am driving to gym with my buddy and he asked me to take some caffeine from the glove box.
so I pop 4 caffeine tabs [800mg]
so one would imagine I have tonnes of energy for workout
here I am at 6' 205#
and my average no belt, no spot squat is 2 plates [each side]
I did that after warming up
go on to second set
did 3 plates [4 reps], still no assistance from spotter [every rep for squat, I go deep down]
so for the hell of it I put 4 plates [405#] and did about 6 half reps and then superset with 2 plates

I was sweating like a MOFO and my heart racing like Formula 1 car
finished decline press with 10 plates [each side]
my legs were rock hard and I could barely walk, I was sweating, completely dehydrated.
I was able to pull another seated calve raise [3 sets, light]
I couldnt take it any longer so i went to stretch before I left and I was so light headed I dropped on to a floor mat to rest.
My heart rate was still up, and felt so sick, and booked it to the washroom, and threw up sink full ... so disgusted and sick, but felt better when it was out.

lesson learnt: NEVER FUCK WITH high EPHEDRINE/CAFFEINE dosage
HAS anybody else experienced this type of shit??
