Taking an AI alone?
I know this might sound stupid but my curiosity has gotten the best of me and i havn't found a good answer while looking around.
If one were in a caloric deficient diet in attempt to decrease bodyfat would an AI alone be beneficial?
I know that Arimidex (Anastrozole) has the ability to reduce estrogen properties and additional benefit of increasing testosterone levels . Being that one is in the 18-20% bodyfat area they have naturally more estrogen floating around then somebody that would be in the 10-12% range, so if the Arimidex is reducing estrogen and increasing testosterone would that not aid in bodyfat reduction while you are on a strict cutting diet? I would imagine it would help individuals with naturally low testosterone levels?
I could be wrong, wondering what some inputs on this would be?

I'm going to read up some more on it but i'm talking minor aid, nothing drastic. It makes sense but I don't see a lot of people running it while they're just dieting or trying to lose bf. That's why i was wondering why is that?

you need to have your estro in the normal ranges or you will have other issues, energy, erectile dysfunction, So taking an ai IMO would do more harm then good.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

And somebody posted before I think it was FFM or Swifto that the increase in free test would have little to no effect and then the low E levels like you said there makes it pointless

run a t3/clen cycle to shed the bf that should help you out and avoid messing with your cock and balls

It wont do anything - at all. In fact somewhere on here a while ago I posted a study on that very ai. Even though there was an increase in test and reduction in estrogen in the group that took it - there were no body composition changes at all over those in the study that did not.
