Throwing in the towel, Ready to toss my bottle of test E in the garbage"....
I have been working out like a champ and diet has been sharp.
I am putting on way to much weight. Started my cycle 5 weeks ago and was at 212lbs, the 1st 3 weeks I lost 7 pounds and things were looking great, the last couple of weeks has been brutal, always tired, jittery and paranoid (2nd thoughts about what it's doing to my health) and not to mention the lbs. I weighed myself today and I am at 223lbs. I have gained some muscle but there is fat gain as well. I don't understand low fat, medium carbs and a healthy dose of protein. Workout 4 times a week 1 hr and hit the cardio 4 times a week 45mins.
Ready to throw in the towel, f**k man I have been working so hard the last 6 weeks!!!!!!

how much test are you taking? Are you taking an ai?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Bro... I don't mean to be an AAS but I seen your pics in the diet section....quite honestly you are to heavy and are holding way to much BF to be doing any real good! Trust me I am in the same boat so diet only is my main concern now!!

Don't I remember you saying you're not running an AI?
Elevated E levels can cause massive water retention and fat storage.
If you're diet really is dialed in then estrogen is your problem.

Exemestane or anastrozole. High e is probably what's messing with your mood and causing the fatigue as well.

Diet is real good.
I do feel bloated all the time, I am drinking approx 4 liters a water a day. I have read the more water the less retention?

your dr wont right a script you can do overnight from ar-r and have it by wed

I think stopping now and running your PCT is more important than finding an AI and trying to continue to run gear at your BF...IMO!

I would hope your buddy has something for you if your thinking of stopping your cycle. If he knows anything then he will have his pct on hand and hopefully he has an ai . I don't mean to sound like an a.. but obviously you should have never started your cycle because your not educated enough but you found the right place for a good education. A lot of these guys are spot on

Honestly, i dont see how that low of a dose would wreak so much havoc w water weight unless your diet is way off. I dont kniw your test leveks but if your having these issues i would get the adex NOW and get your diet figured out or stop all together. I may not be single digit bf but ive dieted diwn enough to kniw that calories in vs calories out does not lie.

I am going to start my pct tomorrow.
When I get down to 185 (goal) then maybe I will try a cycle again....it's a good thing I didn't listen to my so called buddy, he wanted TREN stack me?

Just take it slow. You have the rest of your life to cycle and if you stop now and give up 6 minths from now the cycle wouldnt do you ant good anyway. A perfect diet creates amazing results

Plus 200-300 g of protein means you could get 800 cal from protein one day and 1200 the next completely changing your macros

Thanks guys for all your input, I do appreciate it. Should have listened to Stem. He warned me weeks ago about gear and BF.
And just for the record folks I do not sumo wrestle. For a fat guy I can put 4 plates on each side on my bench. I figured being strong, diet, cardio and gear I would have great results?

Do yoir research this can't be stressed enough. It sounds like your still to green to be running tren . You need to go two weeks from your last pin before you start taking your pct to let the test clear out Don get antsy and stop injecting and take your pct tomaro. Do some research on a proper pct tonight

I hear you buddy.
I just felt ready and excited. But in the end like all you guys say gear is not magic beans. I will continue to work hard on the diet and gym.
I really need to read more, I have spent countless hours on this forum and thought I knew all there is to know.
I still have my goal in my sites, and will reach it without gear............for now

By the way man...you gotta be more honest with yourself about how 'spot on" that diet is. I was just reading your log and it appears that 405 is still making a number of corrections to what you posted you are eating. Get that fixed before anything. I can't stress this enough because I am right there with ya!

I have get some Zzzzzz gotta work in the morning getting up at 5am.
Tomorrow night I will post every crumb what had digested tomorrow, work out the macros and some tweaks if you have some time?
