I was wondering if anyone here knows the answer to a ques. Is it wrong or bad to be taking my milk thistle caplet the same time that I take my dbol. I usually take my dbol 3 times a day and it is always the same time that I take my Milkthistle. This may sound stupid, but will doing that lessen the effectiveness of the dbol?
it does not really matter to associate d-bol with your milkthistle.
just use milkthistle during meals to lighten the workload of the liver.
three times/d 70mg of milkthristles seems enough.
agreed, i dont think it really matters, but worth mentioning as i did earlier, try to purchase the milk thistles active ingredient silymarin instead of the whole plant material, this way you know exactly how many mg of the active ingredient your protectings yourself with...best of luck
