Shipping-? Return Addresses

When my last friend sent out my package he never added a return addy. to the box just my address. Smart i guess, but doesn't that look kind of slim shady not having a return addy. Needless to say i never received that first shipment so the second try i had him add in my friends addy. as the return add., sketchy but it work. For those of you that receive packages do you ever have a problem with return address not being post on the package?

depends what carrier you are using and also what you are sending...i have had problems before with packages but not letters.

making up a bogus address or using someone elses is not a solution but going to mix someone else up into your own activities most likely against their will or knowledge.

if you aren't going to use your own, don't use anyone's at all.

i would severely hurt one my friends if they used my address in a situation like that and i got in trouble for it.

If I was I shipping an illegal substance I sure as hell wouldn't use a legit return address.

There is no law on putting on a return adress. So no they will not think it´s fishy.

When i was mailing 5-10 packages out on a weekly basis, i was ALWAYS told to put the return address by the post office worker. Maybe that's something that is only necessary to do with USPS. Anyone else have this scenerio happen to them?

and it did not make a difference to them whether the order was international or domestic.

A friend of mine almost got busted at the post office for not having a return addy on his package of gear...lets just say he got real fucking lucky...he hasn't used that source since

my source international always puts a return addy on his packs.
