    Talking First time Reviewer!

    Hi all

    Just wanted to say hi to you all on the board.

    Was on another board but this is by far more responsive with far better comments and feedback. Good work!

    Details:

    5th cycle (mass) I'm in a different hemisphere to you guys so it's coming up winter again.

    1-10 Sust 500mgs
    1-10 Deca 400mgs
    7-12 Winny 50mgs/EOD
    pct (Nolv, Prov, Clomid to end)

    35yrs
    182cms
    93kgs

    bulkin then i would switch the winny with dbol an take it 1-4 an do ur test/deca as planned an if u already have the winny id throw it in at the end to harden up a bit 7-12 like u had it

    I'd also recommend extending your cycle to 12 weeks, possibly even 16... especially if this is your 5th one. Should see some very nice gains from the extra few weeks added at the end.

    Skip the Sust250 and get Enanthate for 500mg per week. The enanthate will keep your blood androgen levels from roller coasting with it's single ester. Sust250 at only 500mg per week will cause too many hormone spikes because of its shorter esters (stacked with longer, heavier esters). IMO - if you want to use Sust250, it is best used EOD or every third day outside it's use on HRT. But that's just my opinion....

    Winstrol depot is best used ED since it has no ester. Orals are best split up 2X per day.
