my 2nd cycle

Hello.
I am 29 years old, 1,90cm, 88kg and 8%bf.

Did a 10 week cycle of enathathe, turinabol and winstrol .

My second cycle will be:
8 weeks of sustanon at 700mg/week ( 350 mg wednesday/ 350 mg sunday)

I would want to join another substance, preferably that i could join in the syringe on each take of the sustanon ( no more injections than those of 2 times a week).

It was a mistake to run 3 compounds for your first cycle.

Your second cycle has a chance now to disappoint you, in a way that it may feel inferior to your first cycle.

What were the dosing of each compound in your 1st cycle?

Did you use an AI during this cycle?

Did you run PCT after your first cycle?

... and how long has it been since you came off of your first cycle?

First cycle was in 2010.
Although having good results, my knowledge at the time was limited and i trusted a trainer.
I only remember that the enanthathe was at 600mg/week.

my pct for the first cycle was tamoxifen and clomifene ran for 4 weeks.

If you think your body responded well to Test E, I would recommend you run it again at a similar dose as for your 2nd cycle.

This time, however, follow a better nutritional regimen upon configuring your TDEE and how many calories you should be getting from each macro.

Also, implementation of an AI and HCG throughout the cycle will ensure better and faster recovery during PCT.

Lastly, overeating and employing a short yet intense workout regimen during PCT will allow you to maintain more of your cycle gains as well as a adopting specific supplementation.

The results were quite good with enanthathe but they started very late in the cycle ( only noticeable really on the 4th week).
The Sustanon is already bought from General European Pharmaceuticals.

How should i run the arimidex in my cycle?

What do you think of adding nandrolone phenylpropionate to each of the injection of sustanon?

You said you were going to run Sustanon at 800mg for 8 weeks, so... Arimidex 0.25mg EOD should be a good dose to start with, if you start suffering from an estrogen related side effect such as bloating and/or acne, you can bump the dose of this AI to .5mg EOD.

You run Arimidex starting from the first day of your cycle up until PCT.

Your PCT starts 18 days after your last pinning of Sustanon.

Lastly, I wouldn't really bother with adding a secondary compound to your 2nd cycle, keep it as a Test only cycle and remember, you will have plenty of future cycles to experiment with secondary compounds. As for now, you are still at the novice stage of learning how your body responds to Test alone and different versions of Test, how to correctly implement OCT compounds as well as running a successful PCT, not to mention figuring out nutrition between when on cycle and off cycle is an entire science in itself.

800mg of Sustanon EW for a 2nd cycle is a pretty solid dose if you ask me, and I am sure there are others who will tell you that it may even be too much...

Oh boy, you were supposed to split that into two 400mg doses and inject accordingly.

So, where does this leave us now? Are you going to inject yourself with 800mg once a week throughout the cycle?

If OP is front-loading with this dose, then he certainly is in need of a solid AI at a rather generous dose throughout the front loading phase since we are looking at 1600mg of Test EW.

Changed to:
- Susta 385mg/3 to 3 days
- Arimidex 0,5mg/EOD

I am starting my 3week of cycle and:
-feeling little more power of lift
-little weight increase (1kg)
-more definition and more vascularization
-more sex drive but my penis is softer and less erectile

Hey pit r u taking the ai as suggested? Some testosterone u inject turns to estrogen and that's y u need the ai (to help bock/control the estrogen produced)... your sex drive could b a result of the first injection took because it was at such a high dose therefor producing way to much estrogen... if the problem continues within a couple days I would up the ai dosage as it seems there to much estrogen in u which would lead to problems in the sheets... if done correctly it should actually spike ur libido and make you perform like no other.. I'm on test c 500 mg week and my libido is through the roof as should be yours... you might want to wait for advice from the vets but that's what I'm thinking (granted your gear is test and not decca or something).. and to the other comment on pin sights Start your own thread and stop high jacking others.. I'm sure people wouldn't mind helping you... Hope I was of some help Pit Good Luck

Now on PCT.
As the Turkish Juicer said, running only test kind of dissapointed.
The gains were minimal (4kgs) but got leaner (with a lot of fat shed of the abdominal area).

Thinking of another cycle now to push me to the 100 kgs or close:
