    Training camp cycle

    Does anyone have any reccommendations for an training camp / in-season cycle for a football player? Looking for maximum strength-weight ratio gains. Not trying to get bigger, just faster and meaner. Other than stanozolol (sore joints). Drug testing is not an issue. Strong safety 6'1" 215. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    I am 25. I've trained hard for football for 7 years. Did my first "cycle" Jan 15 - Feb 28 2003. Winny only. Huge gains - went from 200 - 217 then settled at 214. Still at 214, nearly all strength gains remain.

    1-10 75mg Fina ED

    or

    1-11 500mg Enan
    1-10 400mg EQ

    or

    1-10 500mg Enan


    I personally like the first one, but it's ED injects(assuming you were taking winny orally) and I don't know if your up for that.

    Test and EQ is a great lean mass builder and the EQ helps with water retension and hunger

    My buddy loved Equipoise during the season. He said it really helped his endurance. I would go with the Pheedno's suggestion of
    1-11 500mg Enan
    1-10 400mg EQ.
    The test will get you fired up for sure my friend.

    I am in the 7th week of EQ at 400mg a week. I am not happy with it. Well let me explain. I am starting to see results now - slightly. I think I am going ot run it to the 14th week. I would recommend you go longer then 10 weeks - 12 at the min to maybe even 15 weeks. Deca started to work for me week 3 and 4 - carried strong to week 9/10. So if this plays the same - EQ comes in 6-7 or 8 can carry's for about 6 weeks - leaves you around 14 weeks. I can't tell you how many threads I have read of people hating EQ cuz of short runs. IF you use it - run it longer. 12+
