How much protein am I able to synthesize?
I'm running Andropen and EQ with Winny thrown in towards the end. How much protein should I be aiming for? 2x bodyweight?

You can easily aim for 3gr of protein per pound of LBM when you are on this cycle, but you will eventually have to go down to 2gr per pound of LBM once the cycle is over and all the synthetic hormones leave your system, as it would be a useless practice to follow without AAS in your system.

Okay, so I should aim for 3 grams of protein per pound of LBM?
Any other opinions on this?
550g of protein a day sounds rather high,

Yeah it's up there if you're not on gear but when on cycle your body will use it. It's solid advice.
Also remember:
1gram of protein = 4 calories
1gram of carbs= 4 calories
1gram of fat = 9 calories
Let's say you're taking in 6000 calories per day, do the math. Most of your calories should be coming from protein and complex carbs.Last edited by cb714; 05-29-2012 at 05:49 PM.

3g of protein per pound of LBM is ridiculous and unnecessary - on cycle or off.........
