how to get sleep on tren?????
hey guys just wondering what do u guys take or do to get sleep while running tren .im running 100 eod and my main side is insomnia.

Im running it right now at 75eod and starting to struggle with the sleep.. Picked up a box of sleepMD (herbal sleeping aid) from the pharmacy.. Ive just been taking a half pill 30min before bed and seems to knock me right out

It gets better after a while. I'm in week 4 and I sleep good. Although it takes a little while to fall asleep. Try sleep aids. I'm doing 80mg ED. night sweats are EOD.

I didnt sleep for 4 months from tren one time.
Ended up having to get a script for Ambien.

I fall asleep fine, but wake up repeatedly throughout the night.

It does get easier to get a few solid hours of sleep..or at least it did for me. I too took melatonin, but too much had me all groggy the next day. Benedryl can have the opposite effect for some people and have them all amped up. Melatonin would be my first choice.

I use to never be able to sleep on tren until I started taking hgh. I don't have any problems sleeping on hgh which is one of the main reasons why I use it.

Melatonin is a great natural remedy. I used to pop sleeping pills when running tren , but they made me groggy the next day.

im 8 days into tren a and havent encountered any sides how long did it take for u guys to start getting the sides? Well except for strength i guess lol

My sleep has actually improved on it ? I have the ceiling fan on, an extra fan next to my side of the bed and crank the ac down before bed. Oh, also I bang the ol lady to, that helps. It's pretty awesome so far, I have sleep apnea....bad usually wake up every hr on the hr...that bad, I'm getting the best sleep consecutive days I can remember without sleep aids. I also work hard during the day.

I live in Thailand so I get Valium OTC. Still, that can get a little dicey after a few weeks. I usually get a couple of nights sleep, followed by one night of terrible sleep, then the next few nights I'm so damn worn out I get a couple more.

Melatonin and Tiger claw(tincture)(less liver harsh) are some of the best otc sleep aids. Personally I have and take RX flexeril(10mg) on a nightly basis for back spasms. U always have masturbation, and colder air seems to help IMO.

Running 150mg eod
Night sweats are inevitable, take a 30 min nap throughout the day and wake up soaked.
As for the sleep, I'm usually always tired from school/work with 4-5 hours the night before so falling asleep isn't the problem, I would just wake up repeatedly through the night do even when I did get 7-8hours on the weekend it would still be shitty sleep.
Try the melatonin probably your best bet.
Since you don't sleep do you feel tired at all when it comes to bed time the next day? Do you nap a lot during the day?
It also depends in what time of day you work out, preworkouts keep you up too so don't rule those out. I would get a workout in at 9pm-11pm and try for sleep at 1or 2 am And it wasn't happening.
Just saying keep track of any changes in your routine since cycle start, sometimes might not even be the gear keeping you up.

update .i got some sleep md last nite and i finally slept good.it has melatontin in it as well as some othher good stuff.on a side note i havent got the sweats at all.im on 100 eod.just insomnia and a bit heavy chest for bad sides but alot of good sides to outweigh those

I am on my 6 th week of Tren A at 100mg EOD initially i was on 75 for 5 weeks. I had some sweats on the 2-3rd week but i was running the A/C all night until I got the power bill $650 !
I did have sleep issues at the start then started supplementing with Ubermag Plus with L-tryptophan to help you fall asleep more easily and sleep through the night (supposedly) took two few hours b for bed and seem to have not had any issues since.
I kinda feel like I am missing out on the whole tren experience as my sides have been minimal, its not bunk gear thats for sure as I put on heaps for the 6 weeks so far prior to the test really doing any thing..
