Nah, I'm sure the 13 hour workday has ZERO to do with you being rundown... <cough>...

FIGHT IT BRO! Every minute that passes = 1 less minute left in your cycle!

Ozz, there is a nasty stomach flu going around down here. I had it last week, and it wasnt cool at all. I am just now getting my meals back to normal after a week. Be sure to get plenty of rest so your immune system can fight it off. Hopefully it's not the Sust flu either..

How about some more info on the Sust flu ? Questions I would like to see answered go something like this:

    1) Does it last for the whole time you are on cycle
    2) What is the cause of it
    3) Does everybody suffer from this curse??

Feeling like hell some days and better on others, but the gains so far are great

Can we hear some more from members who know from this experience

    Cool !!!

i think the sust flu usually happens in the beginning if at all. Itll last a day or two if you eat healthy, take vitamins, and rest.

I heard of some people feeling Ill about a day after they do their shots. I guess the sooner your body can adapt to the Sust the sooner you stop getting sick.
