Massage the area for a few minutes, then do fifteen or so minutes of light cardio to get the shit circulating. Works for me. Are you shooting the fina and prop together?
No I did it seperatly, but i'm gonna start shooting them together
Cutting the prop with something will reduce pain. Also you could take some ibuprofen or acetominophen if you find it too sore.
