Doses for HCG???

im starting HCG ....I've been hearing all different ways of taking it...7 different guys in the gym got 7 different ways of taking it.....i wanna take it the way that i'll get optimal results from.....so whats the best way to take it??? if it helps...my stats are 6'4 257lbs.

the iu's are important ...thats like saying I shoot 1 cc of test GGGGGeee I wonder how many mg's that was ....? you need to be more clear on how you intend on using it how much do you have .....how long is your cycle .....?you don't just run it to run it on a long cycle I run it week 4-5 1000 iu a day. then at 8-9 and so on ......it's great post cycle with clomid

each cc has 2500 IU.....i took 2500 IU yesterday....im hearing i shouldnt do more than four shots during the whole HCG post cycle....I did a heavy test cycle of sustanon and anadrol ...so i dont really know whats a good dose for me....i have the 10 mL bottle.....does that mean I'll have some left over for my next cycle? or no
