when finishing a deca /sust stack after 10weeks for bulking will I see good results if i switch to.
sust,stromba 8 weeks to keep muscle.
t3 stacked with a clen /eca 2week on 2 week off cycle for 6 weeks.
cardio 30mins 5 days a week,weights 4 times a week.
Low carb intake drinking mostly protien shakes.
Iam 208lbs at 22% body fat.
What realisticly can i expect in weight and body fat reduction?
And is ther any better alternatives?
