    Update: Painful injects

    This wont be new to 99.9% of you but maybe someone hasnt seen this. I did my first glute inject last night mixed 1cc of prop and 1cc of fina in the same pin and rolled it under some hot water for a few minutes. Turned out to be COMPLETELY painLESS. I suggest anyone whos having trouble with pain after inject give this a shot. I shot 1cc of prop in my shoulder 2 days ago and its just now starting to feel better.......anyone else see a difference doing this??

    yea 1000% its helps alot alil hot water does the trick

    Yes I do this trick alot. If you can mix your fina/test prop with deca or EQ it will be virtually painless as well.!!!
