I'm into my third week of 400mgs of DECA and 800mgs of Test enathate . I feel so sluggish its unreal. All I want to do is sleep and lay around.
I'm not real bloated so I cant figure it out. Is it the DECA or the TEST causing me to feel this way?
Whats up with this? And do you have any recommendations?

Bro, I experienced something similar while running mine... it was weird and only last for about 2 weeks.
Things I did to help:
Up'd my carb intake (was not eating enough to fuel my body)
Up'd my water intake to 1.5 gallons a day
Up'd my sleep to TRY for 8 hours though I usually only got 6
Tried to take a 1hr nap sometime during the day
and no matter what.... GO TO THE GYM regardless of how lazy you feel. It'll pass along with the time on your cycle - so make it all count as much as you can.
yeah, i had the same thing on my deca/sust for about a week, i think it was like a mild sust flu. I was told that as long as i ate as much "good" food as possible and drink a TON of water (like 2~3gallon/ed) I felt better. Good luck
Hey bro, more then likely its from ur natural test shuting down. Once the foreign test takes over usually in week 4 or 5 u should feel better. Good luck!

Yeah I feel the EXACT same way and i'm 4 days into my cycle
Good ole test flu.. well sort of. I find that zinc, lots of vitamin's, espeically Vit C and B's, help. I take a mutivitamin everyday as well as 100mg of zinc.
Im feelin it too....begining of week 4, sust 500mgs a week.
yeah me too im in week 4 of test cycle and I had it bad last week. If I sat on the couch to watch tv no matter what time it was Id fall asleep
just like og said its most likely your own natural test shutting down...when your body isnt producing enough test naturally then you become tired, hard to burn off fat, sluggish, give it another 2 weeks youll feel like a champ...Madmax
Yeah I don't know what the hell is wrong with me, im in my 9th week of my cycle and Ive just been so tired and sluggish too, im doing 500mg Sust and 400mg Deca per week and I have to to force myself to workout, Ive barely been going to the gym but Ive also been pretty sick for a week. Man I hope this shit passes by soon.
