I am posting this for a friend as he does not have access to the web.

I am 6'2 230Ibs and body fat around 20% Age 30

This is my first cycle so I want to get it right.
It has taken me about 6 months to decide on AS so all thoughts and comments are welcomed.

Weeks 1-6 200 mg Deca
Weeks 1-6 100 mg Sust
Weeks 1-3 25 mg Dianabol
Week 4 15 mg Dianabol
Weeks 5-6 5 mg Dianabol

Nolvadex and Clomid on hand.

I am not sure if the length of the course is enough and the amount is enough, but as it is my first cycle I am maybe being a little over cautious.

6 weeks is not long enough..doses are also to low and dont know how you came up with 100mg of sust...maby your friend can use your computer and do some much needed research before he jumps into AS.

Bro, drop the d-bol at your b/f and age I don't think it'd be a good idea. It looks like you want to keep your dose low, so you could go 250mg every 5 days, that will give you 3500mg a week. D-bol is to jump start your cycle you don't need it all the way throuhg.
