    keeping water off women bodybuilders?

    My nutritionist competes, does pretty well too, but wanted to know if there was anything that she can use to really keep her water off. day to day, not just in contest prep. Her next show wont be until nationals in miami, so that's her time schedule. Any help will be appreciated.
