    RESULTS: 1st Cycle (after 10 days)

    Here goes Bros: After 10 days...

    Cycle: Sustanon 500mg/week
    EQ 400mg/week
    D'bol 25mg/ed

    Stats: 37y/o, 5/10", 177lbs

    I've gained 7lbs. (currently 184), my eating habbits are good, but pretty hard to keep up with. Eating in excess of 250 grams of protein a day. Starting to see nice pumps in my workouts, although that might just be all in my head...My blood pressure has increased somewhat. Not overly concerned at this point. I usually check it everyday in the gym. Today it was 140/78. The highest I've seen it go was 144/90.

    Very pleased so far. Looking forward to see results when the Sus/EQ start to kick in...Should I expect this to happen around the 4th week?

    I'll keep everyone informed periodically....I've learned so much from this site...Thanks to everyone....

    PS. Have the Nolva (just in case), and the clomid on-hand...

    Sounds like you're on track, but I have just one suggestion: Eat more protein. You stated that you're eating in excess of 250 grams for your 184 lbs, but you should increase that to 350 grams. 1.5-2 grams/pound of bodyweight = 276-368 grams

    I know...You're right....I'm trying to increase as time goes. Eating like this is a big change for me, so I'm working my way up to 350g...

    Its hard to eat that much protein, but just remember that how you eat while on a cycle will play an important role in gaining weight. Yes, the Sust and Eq should kick in after 4 weeks.

    10 days in, your dbol should be kicking in now.

    Keep up the eating, I know it's tough sometimes, but it's the key to feeding the machine.

    One more for Excess, 350 grams of protein sounds ideal, it's just hard as hell getting all of it into your system! It's probably not good but I probably get 200+ just from powders a day. I think if you threw in about 15-20 Amino pills a day in it would help a little too, just a thought. They're really easy for your body to digest and process.

    Bro...as I much as i hate to admit it, i have to agree with Excess as 2g per lb. But remember, you weigh 184 now....but what do you WANT to weigh when all is said and done??? I'd say somewhere reasonable is around 210 if you eat enough. And then post cycle loss..you should be hovering just above 200 at 202ish. This means 2 grams of protein of how big you want to be. That's what i did, and it's working. And im runnin the same cycle as you, minus the dbol . You're gonna love it. Pumps really start to get painful around week 6...,it's great!

    Hey "G"....I hear you...Right now I'm getting about 120g a day from shakes, but I might add one more for 160g....

    Damn...That's not even half way....

    Hey, without supps I'd just be screwed because there's no way I'd be able to ingest all that protein, that's like 30 whole chickens and shit along with 200 boiled eggs and 50 cans of tuna or something

    Yes PaPa...200lbs. would be awesome....That is my goal...I'm going to work my ass off to reach that goal...Same cycle huh...cool...

    I can feel the D'bol kicking in for sure. I've also began sweating my ass off in the gym....

    Glad to hear that your gins have been looking good...Can't wait for week 6 to get here...

    Unhappy Protien from Hell

    Help me out here. My head is spinning! Can someone give me an example of one day with that much protien in it. For me that would be about 450 grams!!!! I feel constipated just thinking about it...

    About 200 out of Prot. Powder shakes. Lots of chicken, tuna, turkey, egg white. It's a shit load of food but you got to do what you got to do for those 2-3 months. you don't want to waist your money on that gear that you're taking. If you do that you'll be HUGE

    Constipated is one thing that I am never!
    Just a little example of what I eat, not saying it's a good diet or anything, this is just MY diet.

    Wake up 9ish
    6 egg whites scrambled with ham - about 30gram
    Tall glass 2% milk(hate skim) - 10 gram
    Follow with one scoop shake - 25 gram

    11ish 12
    Protein shake with bananna or something - 65gram

    2pm
    Can of Tuna - 35 gram
    Protein shake - 25 gram

    4 pm
    Some sort of Chicken - 40 gram
    another protein shake - 25 gram

    6 or 7
    Can of chilli or something easy like that for my lazy ass - 25 gram
    Boca burger - 20 gram
    Yet another Protein shake - 25 gram

    9 or 10
    Protein shake - 65 gram

    Midnight munchies!!!!!!

    The 9pm meal doesn't exist on Fridays Saturdays or sundays, they are replaced by excess liquor! hehehe, Midnight munchies are also increased on those days, but more like 4 am munchies

    good gains brother, but i'd increase the protein intake to the weight you want o be times 2grams per pound (ie say u want to weigh in at 200 lbs then 200*2grams=400 grams of protein a day) I forget who on this board said it but you should eat as much as person that weighs 200 pounds eats. cheers

    Excellent info....But this brings me to one more question. I'm a lean guy....If I begin to eat that much protein, will my stomach get big/bloated???

    Genuine...What do you mean by milk being 80% bad protein? I use fat free milk with all my protein shakes....Is that the wrong thing to do?

    It's not bad for you, just that 80% of bad protein in milk is not being used by your body to build muscule. kepp drinking the milk, it has lots of calcium

    Well there are just alot of really good reports about milk beind hard to digest in humans and actually doing more harm than good.

    I only drink water and milk. Lots of water and 4-16oz. glasses of skim milk(must be skim)

    Try this to help yourself out with the protien--and it wont even feel noticable...when you make your protein shakes...grab some 1% milk, a couple of bananna's and a scoop of your protein powder (tastes the best if its strawberry) mix in a blender and walllaaaa! All of the ingredients will contribute to you protein intake....and it makes some of those unbarable tasting shake mixes drinkable.

    My trainer and his boss told me that its 1.7 grams of body weight per lean body mass. SOOOO
    If you 200 lbs and have 15 % bf then thats 289 grams of protein.




    And yes to much protein can hurt your liver.

    No disrespect to anybody that post here just what I was told by a national certified personal trainer manager who has over 25 trainers working for her.
