What's up? Need help/advice...

Just a quick hello. Was wondering if anyone had info on cycle exp. I'm 6' 205 14.1% 24yrs old and am going to take primo/winny to cut up. It's my first cycle but I've taken every other substace (legally) possible. I've been syudying on the juice for the past 8 months or so and was wondering if any of you might have any secrets or advice. I'm planning on submitting my pic (b4 and after). My goal is to get to 225-230 and below 9%. Any advice will help. I appreciate it.

Just wondering. How did you get that .1 in 14.1%BF. I really want to know, becasue for most of us is too hard to find out to be 1% accurate.

I bought a digital caliper from bodybuilding.com. It works great, very accurate.
