    Cycle for getting shredded

    Im 28 6'2" 215lb 10%bf what would the best cycle be for getting totally shredded? I have a photo shoot coming up and am currently on tren and test with a little arimidex . But I hate the way test makes me retain water, I just want that shredded look!

    Ec stack along with your cycle is good option.

    Well I'm doing a 12 week cycle and for the first 6 weeks I did 100mg eod tren and 400mg test e a week. Now for the last 6 weeks i bumped my tren to 150mg eod and added in sus at 500mg a week.

    you say with a little arimdex. How much?
    test and tren should be sufficient to cut. Adjust your diet more
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Agree with gix. Diet and cardio are key. I will say this tho I had more water with Test E then I do with sust which is next to none. What is your AI dose at?


    BTW, eca is a stack. 25mg's ephedrine, 200mg's caffeine and 80mg of aspirin. People take that stack 2-3 times a day.

    .25 arimidex and my diet is right on the money. 100 complex carbs per day and 350 grams protein. I'm cutting carbs out completely for the next two weeks. For my photo shoot.

    I've been doing 30 min cardio a day and I'm taking .25 arimidex

    you're a lucky one. Tren cripples me after a 15 minute run from the shin pumps.

    For cutting fat I do slow cardio at 45mins a day twice a day. IMO you dont want your heart rate to climb to much, as I feel that starts to burn muscle instead of fat. Im a big fan of heart rate monitors.

    I cannot speak on tren . I know the longer you do cardio and the higher the heart rate goes it changes from burning fat to burning muscle. There is HIIT training for people, but I dont feel that helps body builders tho. Thats more for athletics.
