    Question First Cycle critique

Age 19 years old, 6 ft 1', 180 pounds. 13% Bf - working out 4 times a week for raw muscle mass.

    Test E – 500 Mg a week
    Dbol – 50 Mg a day

    PCT –
    Novaldex 40/40/20/20

How does my cycle look for the first time?

    Edit: Will I need a A1 on cycle? Like a anti-E?

    Welcome to the forum, Lifterdude.

At your age, you have plenty of testosterone flowing and still more to come. You should take advantage of this natural ability while you can. Cycling at age 19 could cause a plethora of complications for you in the future. I was your age when I started my first cycle. Unfortunately for me, 8 years later, i noticed that I was extremely fatigued (due to no natural test production). I also developed erectile dysfunction. I am 36 today, and since age 31, I've been on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), which I have to deal with for the rest of my life. It's not exactly fun. Furthermore; I have pigmentation all over by back and shoulders. This is worse than TRT for me because no matter how huge and ripped I become, I still can't take my shirt off in public.

That of course, coupled with extreme depression and suicidal thoughts in my mid to late 20's and a host of other issues I dont care to mention.

Most folks who want to start cycling have the answer to their problems already. Food. They just don't know how to eat. Everyone thinks they have a great diet and almost 100% of the time that is not the case. Consider hopping over to the nutrition section and let the pro's there tweak and fix your diet so that you can maximize your results. Even Steroids wont help you if you're not eating right.

So, for now, I would use the next few years to get your diet and training down. Training is a huge part of this, too. It took me years to understand everything I was doing wrong. At 19, you certainly don't have enough experience.

I wish you the best of luck. p.s... even if you were at a safe age, the proposed cycle is terrible and will do more harm than good.

Do you mind if I ask what the skin pigmentation is from?

May I ask what is wrong with the cycle? On the main website, this is the beginner cycle.. Also agreed about the diet and routine, I will post my diet.

I'm really not one to bash but I think you're missing the point bud.

At your age you can probably achieve what older gentleman can't because of your natural test levels, granted your diet and training are in check.

Continue what you are doing for another 3-4 years and then if you hit a massive plateau of weight gain and progression then maybe think about introducing AAS into your lifestyle.

If you don't learn how to fully train or eat right though, you will never progress. Which leads me to believe you are at the point you are at now!

Thanks guys, I understand the risks with taking it at this age. My diet was critiqued correct, and my workout is good. All I'm asking now is if the cycle is good for the first time, and if I will need a A1 for this cycle.

I'll be blunt since you aren't reading between the lines.

No one will give you cycle advice based on your age. Come back in 4-5 years with more research under your belt and a better 1st cycle planned out and then you will get the advice you are looking for.

I am not trying to be a dick, I am just telling you what others are thinking but are not typing out. Take care.
