10mg in the AM dBol Bridge ??

    Here the run down:

Just jumped off cycle about 6 weeks ago, in the middle of a 10mg in the AM dbol bridge for next 4-6 weeks. The time I rise in the morning varies, between 8:30am-11:00am. I take the dBol about 20-30minutes after I get up.

    Heres my question:

What determines the natural test spike in my body? Is it the time I get up, or is the like a biological clock "set" to go off at around 9:00am every morning?

Ive noticed my nuts getting a little soft again, so am beginning to wonder if Im hindering my recovery more then I should be due to the varied times I drop the dBol.

    Any input bRos?

In order for it to really work you need to take it at the same time every morning so it coincides with your natural circadian rhythm... i believe you should still be recovering as long as you take it before noon, but taking it at the same time- when you wake up- would be best.

I also heard it should be taken immediatly after waking up instead of waiting 20-30 minutes.
