    Exclamation Waiting for results with sustanon? maybe fake?

    I am currently on my first cycle, and i am paitently waiting for it to kick in. I am taking sustanon 250, the clear bottles with green print from nile co. I am on my fourth week and have only gained 4 pounds. So far this is what I have taken

    Week 1: 250 mg of sus Weight - 155
    Week 2: 250 mg of sus
    Week 3: 250 mg of sus
    Week 4: 500 mg of sus Weight - 159

    I got my sus of a good source and i workout hard 5 days a week, i get ample sleep and eat everything in sight. Comsume alot of protien and eat healthy. I am just wondering if my sus is fake or it just hasn't kicked in yet??

    They sound good bro..post a pic if you could.
    My past experience with sustenon, they usually take 2/4 weeks to kick in..As for your only gaining 5 pounds in 4 weeks?? I would consume more calories and increase your protein intake! If you can get your hands on some deca , d-bol/anadrol tabs..I would run that with the sustenon too! Running sustenon by itself wont get the results I think your looking for. Hope that helps..

    Bro, if I read right you're only doing 250mg of Sust and nothing else?!

    That's most likely why you're not seeing much...you're injecting just enough Test to replace what your body stopped making. Need 500mg of Sust (split into 3 injections per week) and maybe stack it with something else....

    Week 5: 500mg of sus
    Week 6: 500mg of sus
    Week 7: 500mg of sus
    Week 8: 250mg of sus

    then finish off with some clomid.

    how much weight gain should i expect? with just sus?

    no need to go up and down with the dosages, pick one and stay with it.

    everyone is diff and some can gain weight off of low doses like my self.

    i did sust at 250mg/week and deca at 200mg/week once and gained about 20lb

    so i would say anywhere from 250 -500 would be good

    thanks alot for the advice, i think i am going to stick with 500mg of sus

    i am going to post a pic of my sus in a little when iget my camera to work, but for now, can anyone tell me how much weight i should expect to gain?

    I wouldnt worry about exact numbers with weight, weight can be deceiving....

    i would have to say

    it looks like this cycle is in the shitter.should have been planned properly.now, by the time you start to make the gains you were expecting to possibly see, you will have just ended.

    Yea, sorry about that one bro - the front half of your cycle has kinda been wasted. I would recommend upping to 500mg a week, like ya said, and you should atleast get something outta it....Live and learn.

    Looks like your only doing an eight week cycle..Personally I would have ran it a little bit longer..Maybe try doing a shot every 5 days!!
    As for how much weight and strength youll gain?? Everyone is different..I blow up and get stronger on just using 1 sustenon 250mg/1 deca 50mg every week! Thats just me though..
    I would just finish what you have, run your clomid, wait about 2 months, and start fresh! Get all your juice together, and run something else with the sustenon! I think youll get what your looking for then..In the meantime..EAT,TRAIN HEAVY,& EAT!!!

    dosage

    I'm also a guy that gets good results from 250 a week, especially for the summer, as I don't get the bloat and water from 500-750 a week. But you have to do it longer. I like 10-15 weeks, but that's me. Do some more research to see how your situation may change or alter your dosing.

    UPDATE!

    Its me again, I am at the beginning of my 6th week @ 500mg of sus a week.... my weight is now between 167 and 168

    i gained around 12 to 13 lbs so far..... hopefully the rest of my cycle will have the same results as week 5 did....
