HI just wondering if anyone has info or opinions on using anabolics while using a prohormone such as norteston, testostrogain etc. and using creatine or glutamine.
I am going to start my first cycle and wondering if I should stay off those while on AS?

You dont need prohormones ever...save your creatine for post cycle.
so you think i should start the creatine right after the cycle? what about glutamine I have used it before and read that it helps with joint pain, may be good after the cycle or just stick to the creatine?
I like glutamine all the time. For me, it assists with recovery if taken shortly after working out.
Glutamine taken orally has been pretty conclusively shown to do jack shit :)... creatine is good post cycle.
You would NEVER need to stack prohormones with real gear... you wouldn't even notice anything from the phs... except for the sides.
I remember in one of my early F&N classes in college my professor said glutamine did next to nothing unless you are a long distance runner or something.... So, what i remember getting out of the lecture was that it would do nothing for the average bb/fitness buff.
Anyone else please elaborate on this if you can. I could just be pulling all of this out of my ass
