    It wont hurt you but you need to go read " eating to gain " it's in this forum

    I wouldn't do it you have so much you can do naturaly ..you have to learn haw to gain you r not ready to use these kinds of thing yet creatine , protein , eat every thing in sight and train hard and get 8 hours sleep every night .....
