This is my 3rd cycle and I want to put on some serious lean muscle. I dont want to hold any water. Im going to be doing 3-4 sessions of cardio(perweek) throughout the whole cycle. Im not quite sure how I want to run everything, but I would like some advice from some more experienced bros.
