I would say 0.25mg for most would be all needed and should not make you feel ill in your study.
I havent felt unseasy from it, a bit sleepy after studying it, and why i rec pre-bed. (makes for a nicer sleep too)

Toremifene Citrate, also known as Fareston, is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) similar to Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex ). Toremifene Citrate is used to treat breast cancer in post-menopausal females. It does this by exerting estrogen antagonistic effects in certain tissue, most notably, breast tissue. I ordered the torem yesterday. Someone told me in another thread to use clomid and nolvadex but i read the pct thread here and the guy who started the thread (who seems really smart - hes answering all the questions) said toremifene is really good. I just ended up ordering all 3 plus some stane for during cycle. We will see what i end up doing pct wise. I figured better safe than sorry.. Im excited for it all to come in so i can get started.
