100mg prop per week?! You need to be shooting that prop EOD at least bro. Minimum would be 100mg EOD for the prop. In terms of milk thistle, I'd recommend r-ALA at around 500-1000mg daily plus tyler's liver detox over milk thistle any day of the week
yep, tylers would be he better way to go or liv.52. If you only have milk thistle then maybe 1k mg per day.
Umm, as far as the r-ala is concerned-I would run regular ala since it looks as your cycle is a bulking one. If you were cutting then I would go for the r-ala, IMO
