Hahaha...Just kiddin.......I know there are more serious issues on the board but I did have 1 ? I've been having some trouble sleeping so I picked up some melatonin today at GNC.....I got the 3mg bottle.....My question was should I take 1 or 2 tonight??? I wanna get knocked out cause I've slept like shit the last few weeks......but I dont wanna feel groggy and tired in the a.m.........will 2 be ok?????
Start out with 3mg. If you havn't opened the bottle yet, try to get the time-release melatonin if you don't have it already. Give it a good 30 minutes before you hit the sack. Relax and watch TV or read a book and then knock the fuck out.
I always feel groggy if I take anything to goto bed, melatonin really made me tired all day.
I'd take it 1 hour before yoyu want to sleep

melatonin will devinatly help you sleep but only take on nights you really need a good nights sleep on because if you take them to often your body will quit producing its on melatonin and it will be almost impossible for you to go to sleep without taking them but 1 tab should get you to sleep but if 1 doesnt work two will be ok, imo it doesnt make me groggy the next day, hope this helps

I hate that stuff, it works the opposite to me. i took one and i couldnt get to sleep. Weird because i have no trouble sleeping with out melatonin. so the next day i took 9mg fuck still couldnt sleep i said screw it i am just going to do with out this stuff because i have a better rest without it.
