    b12 with shots?/ super-clen?

    How you guys doing? Quick question. I've been told that liquid b12 can be mixed with with your gear, something like 1/2 a cc and then shot. It is supposed to help with the breakdown of the juice and also is said to make it less painful. Is this true? Is it only for certain types of gear? Im starting a sust/deca /winny cycle soon, any info on this subject would be great. Thanks guys.

    Also, anyone heard of super-clen ? How much better are they than regular? Does anyone know about how much they go for ($) as well?
