Suggestion on my 1st Cycle

Thanks in advance for any input on this cycle. This will be my first cycle ever. I have been training for the last 7 years and have good size for a small framed person.

33 yrs old
5'7"
162 - 167 lbs.
BF around 10 - 12 %

Weeks 1 - 10 QV Cypionate @ 400mg (2 shots a wk 200mg each)
Weeks 5 - 10 QV Winstrol @ 150mg (3 shots or drink a wk 50mg each)
Weeks 13 - 15 Clomid at 50mg ed
Weeks 1 - 15 Milk Thistle

Should I use letrozole from the start of the cycle? Am I using enough cyp in my cycle to gain 10 - 15 lbs of muscle and keep it?

Any other input would be great. Like I said this is my first cycle and I want to do it right and not be disappointed or waste my money.

A few changes to make

Winny's half life is so short, it needs to be administered ED.

So
Wk1-10 400mg Cyp
Wk8-13 50mg Winny ED
Clomid starts 2 days after last winny dose

Gains will be dependant on Training, Diet, Rest, and the unknowable factor=Genetics. I see no reason why you couldn't put on 15 with everything in check

I would suggest running some sort of anti-e throughout the cycle. Probably not needed with the doses you have layed out but better safe than sorry

I will make the changes in my cycle.

Don't add anti-e to your cycle, you don't need them, keep them on hand though. Here's may reason, femara and arimidex liquid or tab will change you lipid profile for the worst, so you would be add a side effect you do need. Now if you start too see signs of gyno then start using them. Winny had the same effect on lipid profile also, with oral administration being the worst.

Go with the test for your first then add on in later cycles.

Thanks JohnnyB for the info.

So are you saying not to use the Winny in this cycle? I wanted to use the Winny at the end of my cycle to help harden me up.
