W 6-12 400mg Eq/w
w 6- 12 75mg fina/EOD

Ive done a similar cycle and it was the shit i put on loads of weight and kept most of the gains. i know it seems like alot of gear but it worked for me. be sure to take lots of anti e's if your prone to gyno. i usually do arimidex and Proviron + bromo. and Dont forget some hcg and clomid around week 14. If you want to go really hard i would add some Insulin twice a day for the first 6 weeks

I also wouldn't do EQ for 6wks, it takes 5 wks to really even get going
Timing is wrong on Fina/Winny at the end.
I would suggest
Wk1-4 100mg PropED
Wk1-17 750mg Enan
Wk1-16 600mg EQ
Wk7-19 75mg Fina
Clomid 2days past last Fina dose on a 5wk plan 300mg-day1, 100mg-20 days, 50mg-14 days
HCG used mid cycle
Bromo, Pergolide, or Cabergolide on hand
10mg Nolva througout(or .5mg A-dex/L-dex)
heres what i think...Madmax
prop 150mg eod (1-4)
test cyp 700mg (1-12)
fina 75mg ed (7-15)
eq 500mg (1-12)
Heres another suggestion for ya.....
wks 1-4 anadrol 50mg/ed
wks 1-12 Test cyp 600-800mg/wk
wks 1-12 eq 600mg/wk
wks 6-14 fina 75mg/ed
