I agree. If you bulk up for 8 wks and then immediately reduce your calories for another 8wks, all those gains are gone. You'll end up going in circlesQuote:

I would suggest a 8wk cutting cycle to get to the BF% you like, and then go for a 10-12wk bulker down the road.
