Just had my first pin last night and just wanted to know when to start taking liquidex and how much to take how often?
First cycle is 400mg of test-e for 12 weeks and 45mg of Dbol for first 4 weeks

You won't like this answer, but if you don't know when to run an AI, you should not be using steroids right now. You need to spend a lot more time learning how to run a proper cycle.
Sorry but that's my honest opinion.
Well my opinion was .25mg eod weeks 1 - 14, but ive been hearing different answers, just want to be 100% this is correct.
i tried .25mg eod and my E levels bottomed out at the second dose. only slightly different in cycles, 500 test e and 25mg dbol here
just try .25mg and go from there
The only way to really know if you need an AI or how much you need is by doing bw. .25 eod is pretty much standard but that works for me at 800 mg/week.
