    Is there any way to get wide soulders???

    I have genetically narrow shoulders... can I give them any width with any kind of training or Steroids !?

    suspension will blow them up other then that got heavy on the side raises

    YES there is a way! Wide grip chin ups. Arnold wrote a lot about doing wide grip chins to separate shoulder clavicals and widen your shoulder girdle.

    I used to have narrow shoulders and chinups have done a hell of a lot to widen them.

    Heavy shoulder press with dumbells work. Keep them wide and make sure your pinky finger is always higher than your thumb when pressing.

    Since shoulders consist of many muscles they require many different exercises. Of course arnold presses and barbell presses are effective at blowing up the shoulders but to really stimulate the shoulders for maximum growth and width, focus on side lateral raises and rear delt raises with heavy weight and extra strict form. Make sure to hold the dumbell at peak contraction on each rep without gettting sloppy. Hit each exercise with 4 sets of 12 and watch those suckers respond in no time....US

    bust a move on the upright rows, and also the side laterals. that should do the trick with proper diet and supplementation. oh, and dont forget the synthol for those problem areas.............yea right

    whenever you do a pulling movement rows,pull ups...you need to concentrate on making sure you pull back with your elbows(sound kind weird) this will crush your rear delts work you lats and traps as well. give it a shot

    I have the same damn problem - narrow shoulders. I wish they were wider...just gonna keep training and see what happens

    Short answer -- yes, small-framed guys with narrow shoulders/clavicles can become broad-shouldered bodybuilders. How? Many years of consistent and dedicated training, focusing on basic movements to hit all areas of delts and back, along with a solid high protein/high calorie diet, a lot of patience, and a long-term perspective. It WILL work if all of these components are in place. But there is no short way of doing it, no single exercise, drug, or formula -- stick with it and over time, you will no longer look in the mirror and wonder why you are as deep as you are wide. trust me, I know from experience.
