    bulking and cutting can it be done?

    main question here, is it possible to put on some good muscle mass while trying to lose some body fat %. ive got the kind of body where it is easy to put on fat. my first cycle i had awesome gains but also got a not so awesome gut. also what should a diet look like for a cycle like this, considering some bulking and cutting are all going on. any help would be appreciated. thanx guyz.

    wk 1-12 test enanthate 500 mg
    wk 8-12 winstrol (amount still undetermined)
    wk 1-12 eca
    nalvo clomid on hand obviously.

    or

    wk 1-12 test enanthate 750mg
    wk 1-6 fina 75mg eod
    wk 8-12 winstrol
    wk 1-12 eca

    its best to concentrate on a all bulk cycle and then when the time comes ona ll cut cycle ,im assuming u want a lean body mass cycle ?
    1-10 500 test enethate or prop .(will hold less water )
    1-3 100 mg prop ed
    6-12 76 mg fina
    6-12 50 mg winny ed
    the prop will nick in ratehr quicly givin ya alittle jump start ,then the fina winny combo make a for a leathl mix,2 week s past ur test to help solidify gains and start clomid right off.

    so i decided to run it like this...

    wk 1-4 dbol 30 mg
    wk 1-12 500 mg prop
    wk 1-10 400 mg eq

    i know d bol isnt good for cutting but i am hoping that when i am doing my cardio the d bol will prevent me from losing some of my mucle. i would cut all natrually if i werent so worried for losing my hard earned muscle. buy anyway how much mucle can i expect to lose from a cycle like this. assuming cardio and diet are in check. hoping to lose only fat while actually putting on a little muscle but i realize that may not be possible.

    It's definitely possible to gain some good muscle mass and lose bodyfat at the same time. It's more difficult to do things that way, but it can be done. It comes down to your diet. And this a a totally individual thing bro. You need to find the calorie/nutrient level that allows you to grow and still lose bodyfat.

    prop.tren , winny and the right supps and lowcarb diet 2 gallons distilled water every day and eca stack. 2 grams of protein per pound a day
