wanna throw in t-3 to burn some fat with cardio.
Should I? Or wait till post to do clen?? What is my advantage of
either??? Please Respond...................................
t3 will cost you some muscle
Run T3 with gear, if you don't you will lose muscle. I suggest running it in the cycle, not post cycle.

will i still be able to run clen post-cycle?
Yes, just give your self a break from the T3 to Clen period, as clen messes with your T4-T3 conversion so you want to make sure you have recovered before you start the clen.

about how long do i wait?
That depends on how fast you recover, I would give it at least 3 weeks as that is about how long your thyroid should take to come back.
