    Second pin!

Right rear delt opposed to left front. This feels much better. Barely any discomfort at all! I feel really good about all this! Very excited to see how I feel in a few weeks!

What is the best way to reach rear delt? That seems like it would be harder than glutes...

No glute shots for me. Heard to many bad things. Probably gonna rotate front and rear delts. So 4 injection sites

I don't feel comfortable with glutes because I head PIP can really stop people from sitting down. Quads because the sciatic nerve. Chest seems like a terrible idea. Just comfortable with the delt sites

Just rotate the delts bro, nothing bigger than a 23g dagger IMO.

Ive successfully controlled Glute PIP with anti inflamatorys - I've only ever had one bad shot though.... Forced me to master the art of 'hover shitting! Lol!

I'm with ya on quad shots, not a fan.

Whatever you're comfortable with. In my experience glutes get little PIP. Quads are also a great site. Smaller muscles seem to have worse PIP IME. How often are you pinning? You don't wanna hit a site more than once a week.

I agree totally, glutes and quads are great, my shoulders are the worst. I might try some other muscles (lats, traps) soon.

Every Monday and Thursday. My left front delt still hurts from the injection. Nothing over the top but the pain is there. Just feels like the site is sore. That was 4 days ago. My second pin, the right rear delt already feels like nothing happened. That was last night at 10pm.
