    dbol/anadrol- best w/ food or grape juice?

    best to take with food or grapefruit?

    dbol , breakfast-lunch-dinner?

    I don't find that it matters if I take it with juice, I usually take them with water. I hope you're not taking both dbol and anadrol together though.

    There have been claims that grapefruit juice will increase the effectiveness of some drugs such as dbol . This could be positive or negative depending on the way you look at it.

    I have always put the d-bol under my tounge and just let it disolve....I heard it gets into your system faster that way..has anyone else heard this.....or is it bull$hit

    well grapefruit helps them obsurb into ur blood better and i think that is better for ur liver and kidneys and what not. and allabs when i did d-bol thats how i did it but i dont know if it's better or just complete bulshit all together.
