Planning my routine and wanted to know what you guys think. This is just a rough sketch but you get the idea. My next cycle is gonna be to bulk so if you have any suggestions let me know. Shit if you have a better routine im open to anything.
Day 1: Chest and bicepsDay
2: Thighs and abdominalDay
3: Back and calfsDay
4: Shoulders and triceps
Cycle:
1-4 dbol 35mgs. ed
1-10 sust 500mgs ew. (125mgs.eod.)? yes or no.
1-10 deca 400mgs. ew.
clomid post therapy.
