grab yourself a bottle of B-Vitamins from GNC or something.... make sure it has b-12 but the one i have has like 1000% DV of it, seems to keep me going when i take it every day

Im talking about injectable b12. And does it really increase your apetite
I have some, used it but never got anything off it.
I keep it around for when I get sick though! Definately helps!

1000mcg ED or EOD is what most take.
When Im sick Id load up on 2000mcg ED.
I take 3000iu a week
